Legends of Wine | The Last Originals

One of the first editions of Legends of Wine, held on 13 January, was dedicated to The Last Originals – Ungrafted Vines, Wines on Their Own Roots. Guided by Master of Wine Cees van Casteren and Master Sommelier Clément Robert, guests discovered an exceptional selection of wines from ungrafted vineyards.

The tasting featured iconic wines from Egon Müller, Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair, and culminated with Liber Pater 2015 by Loïc Pasquet, one of the rarest and most exclusive wines in the world.

Dinner was prepared by Casimir Evens of Restaurant Odille* in Sint-Oedenrode, with a menu thoughtfully paired to the selected wines.
