Continuum Estate with Tim Mondavi
On Thursday 5 November, we welcome Tim Mondavi to the Legends Lounge. As co-founder of Continuum Estate in Napa Valley, he will personally share the story behind the estate and the wines served throughout the evening.
Following a Champagne reception, chef Jaap Krabbendam will prepare a four-course dinner paired with Sentium Blanc, Novicium and two vintages of Continuum. The evening concludes with a magnum of Continuum 2018, awarded 100 Parker points.
Reception: 6:00 pm
Dinner begins: 6:30 pm
Price: €295 per person, including VAT
