Legendary Winemakers Dinner
On Thursday, June 11, the Legends Lounge will be dedicated to one of Spain’s most renowned wine regions: Ribera del Duero.
During this edition of Legends of Wine, Master of Wine Cees van Casteren will guide you through a carefully curated selection from the very top of the region.
The selection features 18 wines and brings together established names and emerging producers. From refined white wines by Arzuaga, Pinea and Félix Callejo to a layered selection of reds from, among others, Dominio del Atauta, Gallego Zapatero, Montebaco and Garmón. The evening builds towards some of the region’s most iconic wines, with Vega Sicilia Alión and Flor de Pingus as absolute highlights, alongside Aalto PS and Aster Finca El Otero.
As with every Legends of Wine edition, the wines form the starting point. Adrian Zarzo translates this into a menu with a clear Spanish signature, reflecting both his culinary style and understanding of wine.
